TEAM CULTURE FOR ACCENTURE

AGENCY HIRE / ALLEN INTERNATIONAL - MY ROLE, SENIOR DESIGNER

Allen International had just been acquired by Accenture. I created a team culture based on team bonding, learning, career development & talent attraction / staff retention. We called it CUP, acronym for creativity, positivity & unity. Cheesy but fun & they were the project aims. I loved this project, the in-house creative team were a unique bunch, so we needed a campaign to inspire people to get involved. The team didn't do 'organised fun' so we tried to show appreciation of staff in other ways: marking personal milestones like birthdays or engagements, work accomplishments or other nod-worthy achievements. Even though the video just looks like a constant piss-up, the scheme did the job & helped to see a small, niche brand & its people through an unsure time of on-boarding, into a shiny new agency. We did it in the most rebellious way possible by positioning the C.U.P team 'brand' as Accenture's naughty little sibling (hence some of the controversial branding choices if you notice them)

ROLE FUNCTION = BRAND CONCEPT CREATION / TEAM MANAGEMENT / BUDGET MANAGEMENT / EVENT PLANNING / EVENT PRODUCTION / INTERNAL PR / CULTURE MANAGEMENT & IMPLEMENTATION / VIDEO / DIGITAL MEDIA PRODUCTION
